Are you looking for an interim managing director?

An interim managing director comes into play when companies find themselves in a critical phase in which quick and decisive leadership is required. These can be situations in which an unexpected departure at the top poses a challenge for the company, a profound restructuring becomes necessary or an acute crisis has to be managed.

With his many years of experience and his unbiased view, he quickly analyzes the situation, identifies weak points and develops pragmatic solutions. His job is to quickly provide clarity and initiate the necessary measures to get the company back on track. He doesn't have time for long training or slow decision-making processes - it's about quickly setting priorities in order to specifically address the existing problems.

The interim managing director remains free of internal entanglements and personal loyalties, which allows him to make clear decisions and implement measures that were often postponed in the long term. His strength lies in his ability to adapt quickly and react flexibly - be it in negotiations with banks, in communication with employees or in dealing with external partners.

For the duration of his assignment, he serves as an anchor and guide for the company, ensures stability and lays the foundation for sustainable success, without becoming a permanent part of the company structure himself. Sailing_2024

Sailing 2024 - Croatia: Sat 28.09 - Sat 5.10

Dear sailors and not yet but almost sailors...

I'm really looking forward to our sailing trip in 2024 - an IQX tradition that we want to revive again this year.

If you've never been on a boat before... we're about 13m long and have a 2 tonne lead keel. Such boats cannot capsize, and due to the large mass the boat movements are also very benign - we hardly had any problems with seasickness in the countless sailing trips.

We have a number of very experienced sailors with extensive local knowledge of our “home sailing area” in our ranks who will safely get us from A to B.

You also have enough space on the boat - everyone has their own cabin ;-)

The starting point of our trip will be Biograd, then planned roughly as shown on the left - we depend on wind and weather ;-)

Walter

Process:

The IQX sailing trip is organized as a company event, which means you can deduct your “contribution towards expenses” from your taxes.

A “participation fee” of EUR 1,000 net will be charged to you by IQX, and IQX will then book boats etc.

The costs will be approximately:

Boat including insurance and diesel per head: 500.-
Meals and fees per head: 500.-

I assume that the amount covers all travel costs (the journey for those who drive... these are business expenses ;-)

Just let me know when you're there, Birgit will then "invoice" you.

Our destination is Biograd , meeting point there is Saturday, September 28th, around 1:00 p.m.

On the day of arrival we can take over the boats from around 1:00 p.m., we will buy everything we need for a week in Biograd (depending on the route, the shopping options on the islands are poor...)

If it works out and the weather is good, we will go to ZUT on Saturday and have dinner there (at my favorite restaurant ...;-)

On the left some impressions of sailing trips from the past to get you in the mood!

I'm looking forward to an exciting time with you - Walter
